The "Made to Measure SP3" is an insulated steel push-up loft access hatch with a simplistic design.
A bespoke loft hatch with a powder coated zintec steel, smooth white maintenance free finish. It requires no painting and fits almost flush to the ceiling.
The SP3 loft access hatch is insulated with a 50mm deep fire resistant mineral slab.
The SP3 loft hatch is draught sealed between the frame and lid to reduce vapour and warm air leakage.
The loft trap frame and lid are white colour in colour to RAL No. 9010 with 20 gloss.
The box packaging is 100% recycled and recyclable with easy to fit instructions on the box.
The Insulation used is CFC & HCFC free, ODP zero and compliant to Eco Homes standards of a GWP (global warming potential) rating of zero.
